Urban Green Environmental, LLC is an environmental consulting and engineering firm founded in March 2007. We specialize in environmental assessment, design, and remediation services for real property located in the Maryland area, with the majority of our projects consisting of Brownfields-related due diligence, being performed in the City of Baltimore. We service the Baltimore region including the counties of Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Baltimore County and Washington, D.C.

The Urban Green approach to projects is individually tailored to each client and project.  Our personnel have established relationships with the local and state regulators.  We understand the complexity environmental issues may pose to a new or existing development and are adept at integrating local, state and federal policies, regulations and programmatic requirements to meet the client’s goals and ensure the protection of human health and the environment.

At Urban Green, we specialize in environmental due diligence activities to support redevelopment from pre-property acquisition due diligence (Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Regulatory File Reviews, Inculpable Person Status Applications) through project planning (soil, groundwater, soil gas, indoor air sampling, Response Action Plans, Corrective Action Plans) and redevelopment (Interim Removal Measures, Response Action Plan Implementation).
