We'll help you navigate the Maryland Department of the Environment Voluntary Cleanup Program (MDE VCP) from application preparation through to closure and every step in between. We will coordinate with the MDE for VCP pre-application meetings, prepare the application, prepare sampling and analysis plans, response action plans, corrective action plans, and provide monitoring and closure reporting. We also handle integration with multi-agency environmental requirements (e.g. Oil Control Program or Solid Waste Program).

The Maryland Department of the Environment Oil Control Support Program (MDE OCP) regulates aboveground and underground oil storage, transportation of oil, oil-contaminated soil treatment facilities, and other oil-related activities in Maryland.
